So many crossroads, inspirations, role models and hidden hands have guided this project to where it is now - showing up at the farmers market with a van full of crusty freshly baked loaves of organic sourdough bread excitedly ready to see our community’s faces.

Each week we are excited and honored to share the bounty of all the farmers, soils, waters, and craftsmen hard and purposeful work of cultivating and transforming seeds into wheat, flour, and finally a rustic loaf of joy.
